In collaboration with See International, an organization dedicated to restoring sight, we organize medical travel focused on specialized training and education for local ophthalmologists. This hands-on, on-site training model strengthens HdlF’s capacity to deliver sustainable eye care by enabling local professionals, particularly women ophthalmologists, to learn directly from global experts.

Together with Tess Unlimited, we’ve started 2026 with purpose and heart. Our first speech therapy visit marks a beautiful step forward, providing essential follow-up cleft care for eleven children. Among them, nine were returning families, a testament to the lasting trust and commitment we’re building together.

With only ONE audiologist in all of Guatemala, a population of over 17 million, the accessibility to audiology care for rural communities is near to none. We have partnered with Hearing the Call to not only provide audiology services, but also train, educate, and equip on-site caregivers to create sustainable hearing health care.
